I had a similar issue recently. I guess it all depends on what software you are using to print the patterns from. I was using Windows Photo Viewer. Right when I got to the print preview, it looked like it had blown the picture up. I finally realized I had to uncheck the box that said "Fit picture to frame". Once I did that, it printed in original size. Not much help, but worth a try?

This was a good idea but it didn't work. Now if I have a PDF and I tell the printer to print at 100% it will be the correct size. Maybe I should save my pattern pieces as PDF's and see if that works.
