      <title>PIXMA MG7720 Driver installation results in "Information Acquisition Error"</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Windows 10, HP EliteBook 840,&amp;nbsp;PIXMA MG7720 printer, Driver file: win-mg7700-1_0-jucd.exe&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Log in as Administrator, right-click file and Run as Administrator.&amp;nbsp; Results in&amp;nbsp;Information Acquisition Error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have tried this approach numerous times in variations.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Used default administrator account - failed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Created local user and added to administrator group - failed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried Run as Administrator and not - fails&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions would be most welcome as my frustration level has surpassed civilized description.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Most respectfully&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
