MX492 Always Says Offline - connected directly to iMac USB

<P>I have to go thru a ridiculous song &amp; dance everytime I print, this has nothing to do with USB ports, so just skip that nonsense....I must disconnect USB cable, reconnect, try different USB ports...and if I do get a Doc printed I can try to print 2 minutes later and the same bunch of BS starts over again. The printer is connected directly to a USB on the back of my iMac. I've never dealt with this insanity before with any peripheral &amp; I regret buying a 2-Year Replace Plan with this turd. I'd get a refund in a heartbeat if possible. thx, E</P>
