topic PIXMA MG3620 in Desktop Inkjet Printers

I literally just set up my printer and had a little trouble with that, but finally got it figured out! Well, once I tried to print something I noticed that there was some misalignment with the words on the page and a streak running down the top half of the page. I tried manually setting the alignment and the different cleaning options, but nothing has worked. I tried printing it in color and the print on the page is even worse than in just black and white. I have no idea what to do next. It just came out of the box I have no idea what could possibly be wrong with it.

Help Me!!!
