    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I just got this printer direct from Canon.&amp;nbsp; At first it seemed to align print heads and start out fine -- now I am getting an Error 1000 message telling me that there is no printer in the rear feeder.&amp;nbsp; I am not trying to print from the rear feeder; I have closed it up back there as best I know how and still getting that message.&amp;nbsp; PLease help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Naspy,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If all the paper has been removed from the rear feed, press the Stop button to cancel printing and clear the error.&amp;nbsp; If the error persists, check what size paper is being requested from the computer.&amp;nbsp; Smaller-sized papers like 4x6 and 5x7 can only be fed from the rear, so if the print dialogue shows anything other than Letter, A4, A5, or B5, the rear tray may be used.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This didn't answer your question or issue?
