      <description>&lt;P&gt;coputer crashed, and upon reloading lost the loaded software, able to print, but not scan. How to get replacement software either on line or via disk?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any one know how to reactivate scanner if that is not available?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No longer have navigator nor the short cut.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
