      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi dabba,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bi-directional support can be enabled in the printer driver.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Press the Windows logo in the lower left of your screen.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Open Control Panel.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Select "Devices and Printers."&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Right-click your printer icon.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Select "Printer Properties."&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Select the "Ports" tab.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Check the "Enable bi-directional support box.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Press "Apply."&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;This didn't answer your question or issue?
