      <description>&lt;P&gt;Lately to get my 922 to print, I have to turn it off then back on again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unless I do that, it indicates "printing" on the status, but nothing happens.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a known fix for this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried to contact support twice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once I asked for a call back and was told I would have a 6 minute wait. Noone ever called.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Next I tried to stay on hold. After 36 minutes I gave up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is terrible support!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
