    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To try and resolve this issue, please unplug the power from the unit for about 25-30 minutes.&amp;nbsp; Once this time frame has passed, plug the unit in directly to a wall outlet to see if the printer will power on without the error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the issue persists, troubleshooting with our support group will be needed to narrow down the cause of your issue.       <title>MP280 has P02 error only when printing an alignment sheet</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Every time I try to realign my cartridges, I get a P 02 error every time I print the alignment sheet. This only happens during alignment. Everything else, no error. The print comes out a bit ugly because it's not aligned but it still doesn't stop from an error. Whats happening here?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
