      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same problem! I have reinstalled the driver and atempted to download nwe firmware, although it would not install. I have connected wirelessly and with the usb cable. It prints fine it just won't scan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
