Canon Printer. MG6851

Just put new ink in for first time.

It will not accept the PGBK cartridge. When I instal it, it shows a continuers red light, the other cartridges have flashing red light. When I try to print, it tell me cartridge empty. It is new.

Now I looked for help on here and was told, switch off printer and try again. Iv just done this, Now the blue and the black don't work.

As this printer has had little use, and this is my first changing of ink, and Iv got problems. Not only that, it seams this problem is common.

My printer is the MG6851, and I use 571 for colour cartridges and 570 for PGBK cartridge. This is also what Im trying to use, and it not accepting them.

Plz what to do ?
