    <description>&lt;P&gt;In order to fix an error on my MG5620 I had to run an alignment test. I ran the test but only a blank page showed up after it went through the motion of printing. I have done nozzle cleaning and deep cleaning as well. Still, not printing. Ink levels full.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What can I do to fix this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi mibtp,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please attach a picture of the&amp;nbsp;the labels from the ink tanks installed in the printer&amp;nbsp;with your response&amp;nbsp;since cleaning the nozzles does not resolve the issue. We will also need to know what the previous error was on the printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We look forward to your reply.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
