    <description>&lt;P&gt;Am I having a serious &lt;FONT color="#FF6600"&gt;'blonde moment'&lt;/FONT&gt; &lt;img id="smileytongue" class="emoticon emoticon-smileytongue" src="https://community.usa.canon.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-tongue.png" alt="Smiley Tongue" title="Smiley Tongue" /&gt;??&amp;nbsp; I am somewhat savy with computers, printers and deciphering manuals, but this I cannot figure out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Purchased printer in December 2018. No issues. Working 5by5.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;Laptop running windows 7 (64) Printing wirelessly from Microsoft Word 2010&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Suddenly&lt;/STRONG&gt; in the last 3 days it got &lt;STRONG&gt;possessed!&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;It prints 1 copy as I asked, &lt;STRONG&gt;waits&lt;/STRONG&gt; few minutes, prints another copy, &lt;STRONG&gt;waits&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;3-5 minutes again and prints a 3rd copy.!&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have &lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;checked ALL preferences, settings, Admin settings&lt;/FONT&gt;, ran &lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;diagnostics&lt;/FONT&gt;.......????&amp;nbsp; &lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;ALL CHECK OK.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Who do I call???? Ancient Alien Astronauts? I cannot find an answer on line!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;"Troubled Blonde in Houston!"&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
