PIXMA TS3122 Printing multiple pages, when 1 is requested

Am I having a serious 'blonde moment' ?? I am somewhat savy with computers, printers and deciphering manuals, but this I cannot figure out.

Purchased printer in December 2018. No issues. Working 5by5.

Laptop running windows 7 (64) Printing wirelessly from Microsoft Word 2010

Suddenly in the last 3 days it got possessed!

It prints 1 copy as I asked, waits few minutes, prints another copy, waits 3-5 minutes again and prints a 3rd copy.!

I have checked ALL preferences, settings, Admin settings, ran diagnostics.......???? ALL CHECK OK.

Who do I call???? Ancient Alien Astronauts? I cannot find an answer on line!
