      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/18162i10F895CEF35C917E/image-size/original?v=1.0&amp;amp;px=-1" border="0" alt="canon message.jpg" title="canon message.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any time I try to iniciate a scan from printer to my PC this message appears.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I installed the software and I can print just fine, but can NOT scan&lt;/P&gt;</description>
