      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;SPAN&gt;jps1943,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Your PIXMA MX922 will default to the COPY mode screen, but should change when another mode is selected.&amp;nbsp; &lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If pressing another mode button does not change the screen, try resetting the printer.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may be able to reset the function and resolve the issue by performing the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;1.&amp;nbsp; Unplug printer from the electrical outlet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;2.&amp;nbsp; Hold down the power button for 60 seconds.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;3.&amp;nbsp; Plug it back in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;4.&amp;nbsp; Power it back on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If the available options do not change when a different mode button is selected I recommend contacting our telephone or chat support by clicking &lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/contactus" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;HERE&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
