    <description>&lt;P&gt;Just reset my entire laptop back to factory settings and still have this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The printer connects to my iPad just fine, but not to my laptop&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My MG3620 took a dump on me last night (Code B203)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After hours of searching what the problem was and reading countless posts of people saying it's not worth trying to fix, I gave in and just picked up another printer at Wally World&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Got a TS3122 and splurged for the $3 extended warranty plan&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyways, I fired it up, loaded the ink cartidges, filled it with paper and downloaded the software&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But when I tried to open the software, I got a pop up that said "this program cannot be used with the current operating system"&amp;nbsp;&lt;img id="smileyfrustrated" class="emoticon emoticon-smileyfrustrated" src="https://community.usa.canon.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-frustrated.png" alt="Smiley Frustrated" title="Smiley Frustrated" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried opening the same software using the CD-ROM provided, but got the same pop up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm running Windows 8 on my Laptop&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Never had a problem like this with my MG3620 as it always connected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Am I doing sumthin wrong?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just called tech support and they were very helpful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hold time was short and I got my answer right away.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, this printer is NOT compatible with Windows 8, only Windows 7, 8.1 and 10 (absulutely ridiculous)&lt;BR /&gt;I'll be returning it to Wally World and going with another brand that IS compatible with my OS&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
