Pixma mx922 I cant print a photo from bottom tray

Every Time I try to print a photo or something saved as a photo type file, it automatically tries to print from the upper cassette. There seem to be no way to choose the lower cassette. This is so frustrating. Does anyone know how to tell the unit which tray to use?

So we can best assist you, please let us know what version of Windows or Macintosh is installed on your computer and what program you are using to print the photo.

We will also need if you installed the printer from the setup disk or installed the driver from the Canon website.
