Good morning,

I bought this printer yesterday. Only blank paper is coming out instead of printout. Please help me.

Blank pages typically result from incorrect ink insttallation or incorret driver installation or configuration.

A little difficult to be more specific than that based on the limited informaton you've provided.

We don't know anything about your installation, operating system or what troubleshooiting steps you may have performed. You've only told us "blank pages print".

So we can best assist you, we will need a little more information. Please reply with the answers to the following questions:

Is the printer connected wirelessly or with aa USB?
What version of Windows or Mac is installed on your computer?
Do the pages come out blank if you make a copy directly from the printer?
