    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The scanner keeps jamming near where the paper is inserted into the top of the scanner.&amp;nbsp; It can handle one sheet at a time but continues to jam if we put more than one sheet in it (so we've been having to lay each sheet on the glass to scan).&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
