      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello JST.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does an error occur when the scan fails from the ADF?&amp;nbsp; If so, document the error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, clarify if you are attempting to perform ADF copies from the printer itself or if you are attempting to scan from the ADF and have the document saved to your computer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This didn't answer your question or issue?
