      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi nidia1217,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recommend performing a nozzle check. This will determine which nozzles are not applying ink to the paper. Please click &lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/index?page=content&amp;amp;id=ART143210" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt; for the steps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does the nozzle check look like the example listed on that page?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We look forward to your reply.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
