      <title>Canon MX340 error message U163</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just replaced the black ink cartridge and I get the message "Check Ink" and an error code U163.&amp;nbsp; The color cartridge is dry because I do not use color.&amp;nbsp; I cannot copy or print.&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions would be very welcome!&amp;nbsp; Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi davidh0621,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;While the color ink is empty the printer will be in a error state and wont be able to copy or print. To try and clear the low ink warning on the printer you can hold he stop button down for 5 seconds and then&amp;nbsp;release it. This should disable the low ink detector.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did this answer your question?
