    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Shirleyc,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If .jpg files are printing correctly but black and white copies/documents are not, then there may be a issue with the PGI Black. The PGI cartridge is for document print and black and white copying.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recommend performing a nozzle cleaning. Please click &lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/infocenter/index?page=content&amp;amp;id=ART123190&amp;amp;actp=search&amp;amp;viewlocale=en_US&amp;amp;searchid=1544718090113" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt; for the steps. Once the nozzle cleaning is done, you can print a nozzle check.       <title>Pixma MP610 won't copy or print documents, but photos okay</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I realize this is an older printer, but it was working fine until a few days ago. When I try to copy or print documents, it comes out with wide blank stripes missing. It is not streaky, very delineated. I tried to print the documents in both black/white and color, same problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A test page printed out fine. Also when I print .jpg files it also comes out fine. Any ideas??&lt;/P&gt;</description>
