Hi,

I bought a TS9160 a few weeks ago. It is connected wirelessly to my router, as are a Windows 10 PC, a Windows 7 PC and my iPhone.

I can print using any of those devices, but I can only scan using the Canon app on my phone.

I have updated the printer with the latest firmware, and re-installed the latest drivers.

When I try to scan from either PC I get the following error :-

2,157,52

I can't see any Event Viewer errors that might be associated with the problem.

Anyone get the same? If so what did you do to fix it?

Thanks, Neil
