MY CANON MP470 IS AN OLDER PRINTER, BUT STILL WORKS GREAT. HOWEVER, NEW OUT OF THE BOX PIXMA 240 OR 241, REGULAR OR XL, CARTRIDGES WILL NOT FIT. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHY AND A SOLUTION? THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!!

Hi POPPAT,

The MP470 uses PG-40, PG-30, CL-41 and CL-31 ink cartridges( click HERE for MP470 compatible ink page). PG-240 is not compatible with the MP470. Please click HERE and select compatibility to see a list of printers that are compatible with the PG-240 ink cartridge.
