      <title>Printer won't use black ink</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi - my printer has a full black ink cartridge, recently replaced, but it prints as if it doesn't have any black ink - so it's using the other colours to try and print black, which is incredibly wasteful and means what is grey turns out as an oragey colour.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm reluctant to have to ditch the printer if that's all that's wrong with it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks, HF&lt;/P&gt;</description>
