I am getting a black line down the entire page. it is about 2 in from the right hand edge. This occurs only when I am using the adf. the platten output is clean. How can I clean it?

Most common causes of black vertical lines on a printed page

Dirty paper feed mechanism or roller

Dirt on scanner element

Clogged or misaligned print head

I use long Qtips with alcohol if/when needed.
