PIXMA MG3620 scan/copy function prints document small then the original

Placing a document on the scanner, then pressing either the "Black" or "Color" button starts the machine scanning and copy of the document comes out about 1/3 the size of the original.

Printing documents from PC is not a problem they print in the correct size.

Any suggestions?

Please click HERE and follow the steps for making a copy. Make sure press the paper button in step 4 to make sure it matches the paper you have loaded.
