    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am getting the 'Preparing please wait awhile' message but the status never changes.&amp;nbsp; I can't shut the printer down unless I unplug it.&amp;nbsp; My other two Canon printers are fine.&amp;nbsp; The Pro-100 has a wireless connection and the 9500 Mark II is connected via USB.&amp;nbsp; No problems with either one of them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
