    <description>&lt;P&gt;My printer was working fine 2 days ago and today I am not getting any sign of my ink levels although they are full.&amp;nbsp; I am also getting a "printer not responding" error message of course since it is not recognizing any ink.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have turned it off and back on.&amp;nbsp; I have run the trouble shooter. I have removed ink cartridges and set them back in.&amp;nbsp; Nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am using Windows 7 on this computer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have my printer connected with a USB cable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The error message was a pop up on my computer sceeen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I checked my devices and I have 2 copies of my MG770 printer added.&amp;nbsp; Can't remember why I did that but I made the extra copy the default and it started working.&amp;nbsp; So I don't have the problem now but I guess I should go into the properties of the original copy and see what's wrong with it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for responding.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
