    <description>&lt;P&gt;What if you upgrade your laptop and there is no cd-rom? In order to use printer one needs to have original software. I am having trouble finding the original software from the cd that came with my mp280 online. The only software I am finding are updates and each one states that I need to have the original software already on my computer. Has anyone run into this problem and/or do you know where I can find the downloads without getting nasty viruses.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If your laptop is running Windows, you will want to install theMP280 series MP Driver Ver. 1.03. If you are using a Mac, you will want to install the MP280 series CUPS Printer Driver Ver.16.20.0.0, MP280 series Scanner Driver Ver. 17.7.1h&amp;nbsp;and MP Navigator EX Ver. 4.0.6( click on the software tab next to drivers).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did this answer your question?
