    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello rfburbidge.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please try the following to see if we can resolve your issue:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Turn the printer off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Unplug the power from the printer for at least 5-10 minutes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; While unplugged, remove any paper from the unit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4.&amp;nbsp; Double check for any obstructions found in the unit or paper paths.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5.&amp;nbsp; If no obstructions are found, plug the power back in and turn the unit on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the issue persists, the unit will require service.&amp;nbsp; We apologize for this inconvenience.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If these troubleshooting steps do not work, feel free to call us at 1-800-OKCANON.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Paper jam - Canon Pixma 410</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a paper jam on my Canon Pixma 410. The feeder appears to be correctly aligned but the printer tugs the paper to the left and it jams. I have opened it up but cannot see anything wrong. I bought the printer within the last 12 months. What do I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
