      <description>&lt;P&gt;Using MP500 under WINDOWS XP&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When choosing to print a doc 2 windows appear:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; IJ PREVIEW.....&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Which shows blank (green) screen with 'wavy blue pattern' at lower left of screen,&amp;nbsp; and&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; CANON MP 500 SERIES PRINTER.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; In this window the name of the document is shown with a STATUS of&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; "error-printing"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any thoughts ?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Arthur J.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Thanks for your help.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Turns out the driver you sent was for 64 bit xp, and it did not work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since I have the &lt;STRONG&gt;32 bit version&lt;/STRONG&gt; I was able to get the correct driver and that has solved the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;David999&lt;/P&gt;</description>
