    <description>&lt;P&gt;Instructions say to turn off, unplug, replug.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have done this several times to no avail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The paper tray was not closed when this message appeared - we only close it when adding paper to tray.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anything else we can try?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi brservicescorp,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The 6001 support code indicates the paper output tray is closed. Opening the tray should resolve the support code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the event that the support code remains perform a power reset, the following steps will assist you:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Disconnect the power cord from the printer and outlet.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Press the power (On/Off) button on the printer 5 times.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Each time you press the power (On/Off) button, hold it down for approximately 3 seconds.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Leave the printer disconnected for approximately 10 minutes.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;After the time has passed, reconnect the power cord to the printer.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Connect the power cord directly to the wall outlet.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Open the output tray.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Turn the printer on.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
