      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Time and date of a file (when saving) is a function of the operating system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this what you are referring to?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes..&amp;nbsp; With my previous Canon printer/scanner I had the ability to "uncheck" the date option.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So now..&amp;nbsp; If I scan a page, save the file and call it John Doe...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When it's saved the file is now called John Doe2019.0513_0001.pdf&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any way to not include the 20190513_0001 part?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using Windows 10&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi GiantPackerFan,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To remove the time and date stamp from the scans perform the following steps:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Open the IJ Scan Utility&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Click on SETTINGS in the lower right corner.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Click on DOCUMENT SCAN on the left side.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Locate SAVE SETTINGS on the right side.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Click on CHECK SCAN RESULTS AND SPECIFY SAVE SETTINGS.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Click on PHOTO SCAN on the left side.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Click on CHECK SCAN RESULTS AND SPECIFY SAVE SETTINGS.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Press OK in the lower right corner.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Perform a test scan.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
