Pixma mg5420 will not print full page

When I try and print a full page 8.5x11 my printer is now printing sideways and on only 1 half the sheet. 4.25x5.5 and sideways. Why is this happening and how do I change it. I have set at 100 percent and full page. Only prints 1/2 sideways

To best assist you, additional information is needed. Please provide the requested information:

When the issue occurs, does it happen with all applications or one particular application? If so, what application?
What is your computer's operating system?

If you are printing through Google Chrome, there is a setting that may cause this to occur. The following steps may assist:

Open GOOGLE CHROME.
Click on PRINT.
Click on MORE SETTINGS.
Locate PAGES PER SHEET
Confirm or adjust the drop down box to 1.
Perform a test print.

So Canon people I got 2 of the same answer from you. The same. Any more ideas? My Canon Printer still can NOT be used
