      <title>TR8520 keeps faxing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looking for a permanent solution to a persistant problem:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Each day begins with the printer sending jobs to FAX... Regardless of the "TR8520 Printer" selected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once the printer and all assoociated drivers, software are removed and reinstalled, all is well for the balance of the day. (This has been accomplished three times)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be greatly appriciated! -obxpavsr&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks Stephen!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The printer is attached to the network wireless. Pish button WPS was used to make the connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No error message are presented at anytime.&amp;nbsp;Printer is a Pixma TR8520, firmware ver 1.100&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The "FAX only" problem presents itself when printing from any application: ie Word 2016, Adobe Pro DC, on our Lenovo laptop, on Windows 10 Home, Ver1809, build 1776.437.
