    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi wesdg007,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since the cleanings did not resolve the issue, please reply with the information that is listed on the cartridges( ink number, where it was made, etc).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We look forward to your reply.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey guys -&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My MG6800 reacts to my MAC and my windows PC when prompted - however, when the PC prints, nothing shows on the paper printout.....and when the MAC prints, black does not show on the print out.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Cleanings have been performed and the printer will print all colors when prompted through manual testing.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Wes&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
