    <description>&lt;P&gt;Experiencing a five-blink error on the MG 3500 printer. Troubleshooting indicates an issue with ink cartridges. Have used the same type. Have tried to install two new cartridges. Each time, the blinking continues. The messge on the computer indicated the cartridges are empty.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi eafrank,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I understand you have installed a minimum of 3 different ink cartridges and continue to get the 5 blinking alarm lamps on the MG3500 series printer. So, I can better assist you would you please reply with an image of the ink cartridges that you have installed into the printer?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
