    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi jimkarl,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are printing anything with color then that error is going to appear since its set to use the black ink. Please be advised that if you set the printer to grayscale, the printer is using the color inks to make gray so you are still using the color cartridges.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have checked the printer driver and there is no way to turn this message off.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have my printer setup to only use the PGBK cartridge but every time I print and "warning" dialog appears (telling me i may not get the best print quality etc) on the pc that I have the acknowledge first before the printing actually starts. Very annoying. How do I get rid of this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Windows 7 (32 bit)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any program. Chrome, Netscape, Adobe, email etc.. Acts the same no matter where I'm printing from&lt;/P&gt;</description>
