    <description>&lt;P&gt;The document size was set correctly.&amp;nbsp; Selected Custom Size and set to 8.5" x 11".&amp;nbsp; Still had the problem.&amp;nbsp; Turned Collate on/off and still had problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried with MS Word 2000 and MS Visio 2003.&amp;nbsp; Both functioned properly.&amp;nbsp; Looks like a problem with Excel 2000.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Canon PIXMA MG6320 driver - New printer, Windows XP Pro and Excel 2000 - printing 4 into 1 only prints the first page and preview print prints all of the pages while displaying the preview.&amp;nbsp; Tried it with administrative rights and had the same problems.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any thoughts or suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried reinstalling driver from the Canon website, the problem remains.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Rhinomopolis.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The issue may be related to how the document is formatted.&amp;nbsp; Check the page setup options in Excel to ensure that the document size is set correctly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you continue to have issues, try performing a 4 on 1 printout from another program to narrow down the cause of the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought Office 2003 thinking that a newer version of Excel would cure the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No luck on that account, 2003 has the same problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Rhinomopolis,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The actual page that is printed should appear just like the print preview. &amp;nbsp;If there is a mismatch between the print preview and the final output, it could be related to a setting on the printer or some other type of issue (out of ink, for example). &amp;nbsp;If the page does not appear properly in the print preview, review the settings in your printing application and try again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
