They were trying to sell me services.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The printer says:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Support Code 6000&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Printer error has occurred.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Follow the steps below.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Cancel printing, then turn the device off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Turn the device on again. If problem persists, see the manual &amp;amp; Contact the service number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nothing of all that helped.. Someone has had this issue? If so can you please tell me how to solve it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
