Hi there

I have been printing fine just using the grayscale option and just replacing my PGBK cartridge however now it is giving me the error Support Code 1730 - CLI-671<M>SETUP The above ink tank may be an ink tank that ran out of genuine Canon ink or a counterfeit Canon ink tank. Did you purchase the ink tank as a genuine Canon ink tank? to which I say yes. It then goes on to say I can either replace the ink tank or disable the function for detecting the remaining ink level. I don't want to turn this option off as how will I know when my PGBK is running low?

I have Windows 10 home version 1803

How can I get past this error? I don't want to have to replace all the colour inks when I do not use them.

I have a Pixma MG5765
