Grayscale Printing on a MP530 with a Mac

Can anyone please tell me how to make grayscale an option for my printer? I do not need to print out a lot of color copies, black and white is just fine for me, yet I can't see where I can force grayscale printing.

I previously looked and saw something about going to Applications, and then TextEdit, and going to "Print" and that is not an option for me.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am running Mojave 10.14.3 on my Mac.
