    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a new laptop which runs Windows 10. As there is no driver for the Pixma MP620B, I installed the Windows 8.1 (64 bit) driver. Using a USB connection, I can print but cannot scan.&amp;nbsp; It appears as if my laptop will does not recognize that the printer is connected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any assistance and help will be appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi mikerogers7,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you install the MP620 series MP Driver Ver. 1.04 or the MP620 series Mini Master Setup? I will also need to know if you downloaded MP Navigator EX Ver. 2.05 as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We look forward to your reply.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
