Have a MG3620. Ran all the cleaning ana alignment deals and when I print a document the letters are too blurry to read

Hi Kimosabe,

You can try cleaning the encoder strip inside your printer to resolve this problem. Please click HERE for the steps.

Next, unplug the power cord from the back of your printer for twenty seconds. Plug the power cord back in after twenty seconds have passed, and turn your printer back on. Finally, check to see if your printer is working correctly.
