Hi kdlear,

The MG6220 uses MP Navigator to scan instead of IJ Scan Utility. You will need to download and install the MG6200 series MP Driver Ver. 1.02 and MP Navigator EX Ver. 5.0.2.

Please click HERE to open the support page for your MG6220. After you download the MP driver, click the tab labeled software and then download MP Navigator.

Once it downloads, there will be a MP Navigator icon on your desktop.

Did this answer your question? Please click the Accept as Solution button so that others may find the answer as well.
