    <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't think there are any known&amp;nbsp;issues with the installer under W10.&amp;nbsp; Regardless of the build.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Assume you are connecting the USB directly to the computer and not to a hub?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tried plugging the&amp;nbsp;connector into a different port&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tried using a different cable?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try installing under a different user profile - ensure local admin permissions&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have installed the software now 4 times and each time at the end it tells me to connect the printer which I do&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and then it finds it, but tells me to wait while it finishes the install, which never completes,. just asking me to wait for ever and ever.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
