This is hard to describe, bear with me.

I print many shipping labels a day using 8 1/2 x 11 with 2 labels each.

Until a few days ago when I wanted to print just one label, the printer would feed

the paper through and start the printing on the leading upper edge I'd fed into the paper slot.

That has changed now though and I do not know why. Now, the paper feed advances the paper

and starts to print on the 2nd label. It is driving me crazy!

I haven't changed any print settings at all.

Would the safest bet be to just do a factory reset?

Thanks, KittyAnn

Hello.

Does this issue only happen when you print labels? If you were to print a document on plain paper, do the same issues occur?

Hi. Turning the unit off/on a few times reset it to it's prior state. Very odd, have had the printer a long while and never had it do what I described before. Seems many things are fixed with electronic devices by just turning off then back on. Thanks for replying none the less.
