    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, I did fix it. did more maitenance work on printer, printed more test pages, changed cartridges and works fine and normal now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Mag and blue ink not printing from Canon MG6320</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have new cartridges in my ink head, inside my Canon MG6320 printer. The Black, gray and yellow ones print fine when I do the maintenance cleaning/printing options. But the Magenta and Blue inks do not print at all.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I get the Mag and Blue inks to print ??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi MelRW1012,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please remove the cyan and magenta ink tanks from your PIXMA MG6320.&amp;nbsp; Verify that all tape/cellophane has been removed and then reinsert them into the printer, making sure that they click into place.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please perform 2 deep cleanings:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;1.&amp;nbsp; Swipe&amp;nbsp;the HOME screen and then tap Setup on your PIXMA MG6320.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;2.&amp;nbsp; Tap Maintenance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;3.&amp;nbsp; Tap Deep cleaning.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;4.&amp;nbsp; Tap Yes to clean the printhead&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once complete, please print another test page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If cyan and magenta still do not print, your PIXMA MG6320 would require service.&amp;nbsp;You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program.&amp;nbsp; This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system.&amp;nbsp; This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To help you get up and running quickly, we also offer free standard shipping (if the order is completed by 12:30PM ET).&amp;nbsp; If you would like to take part in this option, please call our Sales Department at (866) 443-8002 seven days a week, 8am to Midnight.&amp;nbsp; Let them know you have been working with technical support and the Canon Upgrade Program was offered.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
